Please see Sky’s general terms and conditions for website use and submission of contributions at http://www.sky.com/portal/site/skycom/terms.  By emailing Sky and using the website services relating to this Programme you agree to be bound by the general terms and these Additional Terms set out below, which shall take effect immediately on your use of the website and/or your sending of an email to Sky 1 in respect of the Programme. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not submit or share your contribution with Sky or access, use and/or contribute to via the website.

2. By sharing any contribution with Sky you agree to grant to Sky, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it wants (including modifying and adapting it for operational and editorial reasons) for Sky services, including reading the contribution on-air during the Programme.

3. Unless you state otherwise in your contribution, your first name and general location may also be mentioned on-air in connection with the contents of your contribution.

4. Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use the material in any way including allowing others to use it.

5. In order that Sky can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws and that you have the right to give Sky permission to use it for the purposes specified above.

Any information submitted to Sky in your email and/or via the website will only be used in connection with the Programme and where appropriate to assist relevant local enforcement authorities in their investigations and endeavours to solve crimes. Accordingly such information, including any personal details that you may submit, may be forwarded by Sky to the relevant local enforcement authority. You may be contacted by the relevant local enforcement authority or Sky may need to contact you for administrative or verification purposes in relation to your contribution, or in relation to particular projects.
