Trollied: Jane Horrocks Interview

Hollywood and UK TV legend Jane Horrocks rules the roost in Valco.

We sat down with her to chat about why she took the role, her cast and why it's going to be your new favourite comedy.

As for the character herself? Julie's brittle and sometimes harsh (an attempt to mask her insecurities). She went in to retail after leaving school and has worked at Valco (the St Helens branch and now the Warrington branch) ever since. She’s been courted by Morrisons a few times but she’s a Valco girl through and through.
