The Simpsons travel to the Greaser’s Café, a nostalgic,1950s-style restaurant. There Bart encounters Jay North, star of the television series Dennis the Menace. A short time later, Homer and Marge enter a dance contest. The prize: a vintage 1955 Harley-Davidson motorcycle. After jitterbugging the night away, Homer and Marge are declared the winners of the contest.
Homer brings the motorcycle home, but unfortunately, he has no experience riding one. With Bart’s help, Homer eventually gets the hang of operating the bike. It isn’t long before Homer decides to form his own gang. Moe (on a rusty Indian motorcycle), Lenny (on a lawnmower), Carl (on a rented Hertz motorcycle) and Flanders (on a Schwinn bicycle with a basket) help form Homer’s "gang." They dub themselves "Hell’s Satans." A photograph of the group is published in an issue of Outlaw Biker .
Soon after, the real Hell’s Satans ride into town and crash into the Simpsons’ living room. Their leader, a burly, bearded biker named Meathook, informs Homer that he must pay the price for stealing the club name. As punishment, Homer is forced to eat his gang jacket, along with anything else sporting the Hell’s Satans name. The bikers, one of whom is named Ramrod, then "crash" at the Simpson home.
During their stay, the group grows fond of Marge. One morning, Homer and the kids discover that the bikers packed up and left the house. They soon realize that they took Marge with them.
The motorcycle gang brings Marge to their hideout. It quickly becomes clear that none of the men finds Marge sexually attractive. Marge uses the opportunity to encourage the men to change their ways and embrace the American dream by getting jobs and starting a family. She helps them create resumes and teaches non-violence.
Homer eventually locates the hideout and begins punching the bikers. Meathook insists that his gang has given up their violent lifestyle. He suggests a reasonable alternative: the Circle of Death. Homer and Meathook square off in a ring, where they use chains, monkey wrenches and motorcycles as weapons. Eventually, Meathook gives in and allows Marge to leave the gang.
