Lisa tells Homer that they will build homes for the homeless as part of their father-daughter day activity. As Lisa and Homer get to work, Lisa notices that Homer is getting paint on his wedding ring. Homer removes the ring…and soon attracts the attention of husband-hunters Lindsay Nagle and Cookie Kwan. Marge drives by the construction site and sees Homer standing in front of woman grimacing and flexing. Unbeknownst to her, Homer is describing how his beautiful wife brought their son into the world. Marge mistakes this as a sign that Homer was flirting with the women. She turns to Manjula for advice. Manjula tells her that Homer has grown disinterested because Marge has put on weight. Marge decides to undergo surgery to have the fat removed. But when she awakens from the operation, she realizes the surgeon, Dr. Velimirovic, accidentally gave her larger breasts.

Meanwhile, Bart and Milhouse watch an episode of the old Batman TV show, one featuring Krusty as the villainous Clownface. Clownface’s henchmen strap the Caped Crusades to a merry-go-round, then pull a rope wrapped around its axis, causing it to spin faster and faster. Marge insists her surgery was botched and threatens to sue Dr. Velimirovic. But it isn’t long before Marge realizes men treat her much differently now that her breast size has increased. Meanwhile, Bart and Milhouse decide to duplicate the stunt they saw on the Batman TV show. Bart straps Milhouse to a merry-go- round on the Springfield Elementary playground, then ties a rope to a school bus. When the bus pulls away, the merry-go-round spins out of control, then knocks into a group of war veterans visiting the school. A woozy Milhouse then gets on his feet…and vomits on the American flag. Outraged, Principal Skinner demands an explanation from Bart…who confesses he saw Krusty perform the stunt on television. Word of the debacle is broadcast on television, and soon after Krusty is besieged by angry protestors.

Later, Homer finds himself turned on by Marge’s bigger breasts, and the two make love. Marge tells Homer that the doctor will be removing the implants in a few days. But Homer convinces her to go out to dinner with him so he can show off her large chest. When the family shows up at an upscale Italian restaurant, the maitre d’ takes one look at Marge’s chest and seats them immediately at a nice table. A woman named Kiki Highsmith notices Marge and offers her the opportunity to become a “mom model. Believing she could use a little more excitement in her life, Marge accepts. Marge’s first gig is at an oven mitt convention, where she walks down a runway to the applause of approving salesmen.

Meanwhile, as Bart and Milhouse watch television, they realize that Krusty was forced to make changes in his television show, and now safety is more important than comedy. Bart realizes he must save his hero. Bart approaches Krusty at the Springfield Friar’s Club and tells him about a plan that will make the world fall in love with Krusty all over again. Bart, Krusty and Milhouse make their way to a shoe convention where Marge has a modeling gig. Bart’s old elephant, Stampy, is being used as part of a shoelace display. Bart outlines his plan for saving Krusty’s image: Stampy is to threaten Milhouse and Krusty is to save the day by saying Stampy’s safety word, “Mogumbo.”

A short time later, Stampy raises his foot over Milhouse, acting as if he is about to grind him into the floor. Krusty steps forward…but forgets the safety word. Before long, the elephant has Milhouse, Bart and Homer in its mouth. Wiggum and his men get into position as they prepare to shoot Stampy. Realizing she must do something quickly, Marge removes her top…causing Wiggum and his men to lower their guns. Krusty responds with, “check out those mogumbos.” He then remembers the safety word…and Stampy lies down and opens his mouth, releasing Homer, Bart and Milhouse. Photos of Krusty saving the day are picked up by the media, and Krusty’s career is saved. Later, Marge undergoes surgery and the breast implants are removed.
