Amazing 13 year old Amy Barr successfully appealed on behalf of cerebral sufferer Tanya Backhouse to get Bromley council to pay for a new machine enabling her to communicate with others. Amy planned to get 3000 signatures on a petition to take to Downing Street to persuade the government to fund these machines, costing £8000 each, for all who need them.

If you have any musical instruments that you no longer use that are in good condition (not electrical and easily transportable) you can donate them at any mainland UK branch of HMV from 12th January.
