Reduce printed materials and use do double sided printing. Use recycled/biodegradable products.
- Reduce paper usage: print double-sided documents (e.g. scripts & call sheets) – photo copier should be set to default for double sided copies. Print two sheets to one side wherever possible too.
- Minimise use of printers by distributing soft copies of documents via electronic means..
- Purchase office supplies (e.g., copier paper, stationary, envelopes, and paper clips) with a high content of recycled materials and which can be recycled.
- Wherever possible use 100% recycled paper. If this is not available use paper from FSC or PEFC sources.
- Wherever possible use environmentally friendly inks such as those made from vegetable oils.
- Recycle toner cartridges for printers.
- Reuse paper that has been printed on one side.
