The Forces Children's Trust is a charity devoted to helping dependant children that have lost a parent whilst serving with the Armed Forces.

Caring at Christmas - Over the Christmas week, we run a Christmas Shelter for people who are homeless or vulnerably housed in Bristol. This includes accommodation, food, medical services and entertainment. Throughout the year we also run West of England Nightstop, providing young people, aged 16 to 24, with temporary accommodation in the homes of volunteer hosts. We also co-ordinate, design, print and distribute The Survival Handbook which provides key information to homeless people and other stakeholders.
The Julian Trust Night Shelter - also known as the Bristol Night Shelter, is a volunteer run shelter that provides a free warm meal and respite those in need. There are 18 free beds for those who wish to stay, other services such as washing and laundry facilities, and a companion for those who just want to talk.

Shelter - Shelter, the housing and homelessness charity Homelessness charity that runs a housing helpline, has a network of housing aid centres, and works with local citizens advice bureaux. Helps 100,000 people a year fight for their rights, get back on their feet, and find and keep a home.
