Sky1 HD has done its homework and given its hit primetime quiz show a neat twist. Noel Edmonds returns to bombard students, whose school days are long behind them, with questions from the National Curriculum. However, this time around the contestants will play opposite a baby-faced boffin that they are related to, with the class of 10 year olds made up of the child’s friends.
Noel sets out to embarrass the grown-ups at every turn, making losing a cringeworthy prospect. Imagine how much ammo a son or daughter would have if they beat a parent in the battle of the brains...
The stakes are higher this series as a life-changing jackpot of £500,000 is up for grabs if the combined efforts of the adult and child can answer ten questions on subjects spanning the primary school syllabus correctly.
