Peter Cambor made his television debut in "Notes from the Underbelly." He earned the role after the show’s creator and executive producer saw him in the Los Angeles production of "The Cherry Orchard" with Annette Bening and Alfred Molina. His other TV credits include "Numb3rs" on the Network, "Pushing Daisies" and "Trust Me."
Cambor acted in high school and college productions at Wesleyan University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in English. Post-graduation, he moved to New York to pursue acting while also bartending and waiting tables. It was then that he decided to continue his studies and received an M.F.A. in acting from the American Repertory Theatre’s Institute for Advanced Theatre Training at Harvard University and the Moscow Art Theatre in Russia.
Currently, Cambor lives in Venice, Calif., with his Labradoodle, Murphy. He is an avid guitarist, a gourmet chef and country music fan. He loves surfing and is a baseball nut — his favorite team is the Houston Astros. His
