Must Be The Music: iTunes and Sky Songs

Downloading your favourite track is easy – and by doing it you will be helping our acts make money from their music straight away. 100% of the net profits from all tracks performed on Must Be The Music go directly to the artists – so take a look at these step-by-step guides and support real music.

Downloading on iTunes

- You can listen or view 30-second previews of all songs and videos on the iTunes Store. To preview a song, select the item you want to preview then click the small Play button to its left.

- You can purchase directly from this area by clicking the Buy button next to any item, or you can add the item to your Wish List. You'll be prompted to enter your Apple ID and password to confirm any purchase.

- By default, music is purchased using 1-Click, which means the music you buy is immediately charged to the credit card listed on your Apple account and downloaded into your iTunes library. If you turn on "Buy using a Shopping Cart" and want to return to using 1-Click instead, open iTunes > Preferences (Windows — Edit > Preferences). Click the Store button at the top of the window and make sure "Buy and download using 1-Click" is selected. Then click OK.

- If you've downloaded something from the iTunes Store but don't see it in your Purchased playlist or elsewhere in your iTunes library, make sure your Internet connection is active and choose "Check for Purchases" from the Store menu in iTunes to resume your download.

Downloading on Sky Songs
-Once you join Sky Songs and find an album or a song that you'd like to get, click on the download button.

- You'll then be presented with two options to either use your monthly allocation of songs or use your registered credit or debit card.

- After you've made your selection and paid you can download your chosen music via Sky Songs Download Manager: this only takes a few minutes to install and will send your songs straight to your iTunes or Windows Media Player.

- If you need to re-download a song or album, log in to your account and go to the 'My Downloads' page where you will see all your previous downloads. Click on the icon under the 'Download Again' heading to start that song re-downloading. Remember that you are only allowed to re-download when you have lost the original files and can't get them back. And you are permitted only one re-download.

- If you are having trouble finding your files, try using your computer's search option. On a Windows-based PC, you can find this by clicking 'Start' and then 'Search' followed by 'Files and Folders' and then enter the names of the files you're looking for. When the search function finds the files, it will show you where they have been saved.
