Kate is cradling baby Aaron on the deck of Penny’s boat shortly after their rescue. Kate declares to Jack that she wants to keep Aaron and tell everyone that he is hers. Jack says that tomorrow he is going to try to convince the others to lie about what happened to them and that he needs Kate’s help, he asks if she is with him. Kate replies “I’ve always been with you”.
