"Lost" star Evangeline Lilly revealed that she took Sawyer’s infamous letter only for it to be destroyed in her house fire according to Aceshowbiz.com.
Lilly took the letter that Sawyer wrote as a child because she thought it would become valuable one day.
She says, "It completely backfired... I took the original 'Mr. Sawyer' letter. I thought, 'This is a good take,' and then it burned in my house fire... so I'm kinda hesitant to take anything else."
Evangeline Lilly returns as Kate Austen in the final season of Lost coming this February to Sky1 HD.
