Not a bit sporty, our loveable Bristolian is still game for a challenge. But this is the toughest yet and he's terrified of heights.

JLC heads to Plymouth, where professionals battle it out in a high diving competition for the Armada Cup. Scooping the prize is 14 year-old Tom Daley, one of Britain's youngest Olympians.

'You hit the water at 34 miles per hour', he tells Justin. The impact when you slam into the water can hurt, especially if you land on your face.

Knowing the pain that comes with misjudging a dive, he's not confident he'll be able to save his pride or a battering. Fortunately he gets help from ex-Olympian high diver, Leon Taylor who agrees to coach Justin at fitness centre, Ponds Forge. He only has 10 days to help JLC conquer his insurmountable fear of heights and fast track him to athlete status.

Training begins. Justin manages the pigeon hops, feet first, stoically. He clambers up the ladder to a dizzying five metres but it triggers a minor panic attack.

Leon’s builds up Justin’s confidence until he’s doing repeated back flips, forward turns and more than once, some gut-busting bellyflops.  As things are looking up an unexpected twist of fate means he faces a major setback.

How will he cope going head first from a stomach-churning 10 metres at the FINA Diving World Series in Sheffield, competing against experienced divers?

Watch this Thursday to see the action firsthand.
