Duncan James is best known as the boy band wonder from Blue. The band formed in 2001 and were No 1 in the UK charts three times. With no less than 40 no.1 singles and a cool 13 million record sales later, Duncan decided to find out what else he could turn his hand to. Quite a lot as he found out.
Musicals beckoned and he burst onto the stage as Billy Flynn in Chicago. He then honed his dancing skills in 2008 in a different arena - Dancing on Ice. No stranger to competitions Duncan beat other hopefuls to the top spot as a finalist and toured the UK in a sell out tour.
The star has also presented on a number of shows including Soapstar Superstar, Capital FM's Party in the Park, T4, The Clothes Show and GMTV's Entertainment Today. And he’s only 32!
It’s up to him to pass on his expertise as all eyes will be on the kids as they dance on the West End stage in Grease.
