Your Got To Dance champion has wasted no time and Akai has been talking to Sky News.
The ten-year old described Michael Jackson and DIversity as his main inspirations. The tiny street dancer was voted by you as the Got To Dance Champion.

Akai new he was a good dancer but speaking to Sky News he said he, "didn't think I would win. I had to dance every day - every hour of every day." But all that hard work seems to have paid off as Akai walked away with the £100,000 prize.

Adam Garcia was also there to explain why he though you had voted for Akai. "I think when we first saw Akai in the first auditions obviously he's got this sweet cuteness about him but then he's an exceptional dancer which is probably first and foremost.
"It's obvious he loves to do it, there's a kind of freedom and joy."
The question now is, what next for Akai?
