The McKinley crowd are back with a splash!
The third season of GLEE, the smash-hit, award-winning musical comedy continues on Sky 1 HD from Thursday 1st March at 9pm with an unbroken episode run until the season finale.
GLEE has become established as the latest pop culture phenomenon. The series follows an optimistic teacher at McKinley High (WILL SCHUESTER played by Matthew Morrison) as he tries to inspire a group of oddball teenagers to realise their true star potential and restore the school's show choir, New Directions, to its former glory.
Hampering Will’s musical ambitions at every turn is nemesis, SUE SYLVESTER (Golden Globe® winner Jane Lynch), the conniving cheerleading coach of The Cheerios.
Season three continues with YES/NO which features the ‘inner voice’ of Oscar® winner Dame Helen Mirren; a wedding; a proposal; a game-changing story for Finn (Cory Montieth) and Rachel (Lea Michelle); and a cover of Rihanna’s recent number one hit, We Found Love.
Plus there’s a celebration of King of Pop Michael Jackson’s music in the next new episode, the aptly titled, ‘MICHAEL’ (Thursday 8th March at 9pm). The episode – featuring the Jackson classics Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin’ , I just Can’t Stop Loving You and Smooth Criminal, sees the New Directions and The Warblers intensify their rivalry en route to Regionals.
If that’s not enough to get you dancing on your feet, we’ll finally get to meet Rachel’s two gay dads played by Jeff Goldblum and Brian Stokes Mitchell plus, Latin pop sensations Ricky Martin and Gloria Estefan will also appear in recurring roles.
