Actor Sebastian Roché, best known as the "head" shape-shifter Thomas Jerome Newton, let slip of his return to the show in a curiously deleted - and confirmed on DigitalSpy - update on his twitter feed.
While "Starting filming on Fringe next week." leaves plenty of room for speculation, it does mean we can be sure that the second season episode 'Northwest Passage' won't be his last.
After all these recent spoilers, it appears the season 3 opener 'Olivia', with Anna Torv's character trying to escape her imprisonment from the alternate universe, is going to be a thriller!
