Baked beans with a poached egg on wholemeal toast or with a baked potato (microwave for speed).

1 piece fruit (apple, pear, plum) with small handful (10 -15) unsalted, natural nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, brazils).

2 oatcakes or brown rice cakes with low fat cream cheese or hummus.

Carrot, cucumber, pepper sticks with hummus.

1 plain digestive biscuits with 20g cheddar cheese.

1 small pot plain natural yogurt (150g) with 1 tblsp chopped nuts and berries.

Smoothie (no added sugar) such as Innocent or supermarket own with handful nuts or seeds.

1 piece wholemeal toast with no added sugar peanut butter.

Cereal bar (no added sugar) eg Jordans Fruesli Bar.

1 small square Chocolate Oat Crunch.

Hot chocolate (1 mug semi skim milk with 1 tsp plain cocoa powder and 1 tsp honey). 

For a sweet treat (once a week) try Blackberry and Apple crumble.
