Bones: Meet The Cast

In addition to his starring role on BONES, David Boreanaz directed an episode of the series last season and is set to direct additional upcoming episodes.

Boreanaz will be seen on the big screen in the independent sports drama "Our Lady of Victory," opposite Carla Gugino and Ellen Burstyn. Boreanaz plays "Ed Rush," whose wife coaches the Immaculata College women's basketball team, turning a losing team into national champions. In addition to voicing the role of "Hal Jordan" (aka "The Green Lantern") for the animated feature "Justice League: The New Frontier," Boreanaz recently starred opposite Anne Heche in Alan Cumming's independent black comedy "Suffering Man's Charity," which premiered at the South by Southwest Film Festival.

While relatively new to acting when he landed a guest-starring role on the series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," Boreanaz vaulted to stardom as the mysterious and tortured character "Angel" on the series. He continued the role in his own series, "Angel."
