Mr Swift: Derby.

This is not about an abduction but about three UFO sightings that happened to me during my life. Two of these sightings happened in the 1950's when i was a young boy of maybe 6 or 7 and later when i was about 12 years old. The first one was the standard shaped saucer type spacecraft travelling accross the night sky. I saw it travel from right to left high up and then dissapeared. Not long after I was going out of the house, unbeknown to my parents and left the house. At the back of our house was a very wide dirt track leading to waste land. Suddenly I was aware that there was some kind of vehicle parked on the dirt track. It must have stretched 15 to 20 feet accross in width and it's shape was saucer shaped. I touched it, felt that it was made of metal and don't remember anything more after that.


The second time was a few years later when a friend and I were playing in a park when there was this large orangy/yellow ball in the sky. The sun was also shining in a different part of the sky and this ball followed us from one side of the park to the other, we ran like mad and then it was gone. I can't remember whether I told my parents or not as it was so long ago.


The latest incident was about three years ago when we were living in a different part of Derby when my wife said that she had seen a UFO above our house at about 200 feet. She described it quite plainly and i showed her some pictures of UFO's which i had and she was able to point it out to me. I also notified our local UFO group here in Derby and it was published in their magazine. But, that same night as the sighting we were awakened by a presence in our bedroom. As the curtains were close neither of us could see anything in the room but we knew there was someone or something there as there were clicking noises that were quite loud and both of us heard it. There was more than one doing it and it sounded as though they were communicating with each other. This lasted for a few minutes and then it stopped and nothing more was heard or seen and hasn't since.


 I am a strong believer in UFO's and alien life and do not believe that we are alone out there. there are too many stories about people and places not to believe."
