Dance Dynamix is made up of 11 dancers from the same dance school led by Nazene, a dancer and choreographer who started a dance school after she had a brush with fame on a dance track 8 years ago.
Success
After struggling to start her dance career, Nazene was working as a club dancer when she met a DJ looking for a singer for his new record. She sang the song and the next thing she knew a record company wanted to release it!
After the success of a tour of the country and choreographing her own music video Nazene came back to real life and decided to open the Nazene Danielle Dance Studios and teach dancing.
Struggling
Dance Dynamix are; Nazene (24), Danny (24), Ellen (17) Chloe (16), David (22), Lauren (21), Dominic (15), Kimberley (18), Holli-jo (15), Megan (17) and Melanie (21).
But the group and the school are struggling to make ends meet. Nazene and her mum have to run the school everyday to keep money coming in. And Nazene frequently lets people study for free so that their talent is not wasted if they cannot afford to pay for lessons.
When Dance Dynamix came to Got To Dance they were not alone. More than 60 dancers from Nazene's school came. Three groups, The Lollipops, Reflections and Dance Dynamix all auditioned. But The Lollipops were sent home with 3 Red Stars.
Chills
Ashley Banjo told the group they were tight but it was Kimberly Wyatt who was most impressed by their moves.

She said she had chills after watching them and told the whole school they were lucky to have Nazene. But her highest praise came after Dance Dynamix left the stage.
Turning to the other judges Kimberly said Nazene's dance school was the type of school "I'd want to put my kid in." High praise indeed from the professional dancer.
Dance Dynamix say that they would like to get a little bit of money each and then give the rest back to the school where Nazene says she would like to start an outreach programme to give underprivileged children the chance to dance.
Nazene would also like to continue her dream of making it as a dancer as at 26 Got To Dance could be her last chance to make it happen.
